The staff is very friendly! The ribs were great, Mac and cheese great, potato salad great. And Im picky and have had a lot of bbq. I’m posting a picture of my wife’s bbq potato. I was mad I didn’t get that but will next time. It’s incredible
I usually don't write reviews but I had to leave one after eating their food. I've lived here my whole life and I'm not even kidding that I'd put this up against some of the best BBQ restaurants I've eaten at, I can't believe I've been missing out on this place for so long. I got the two meat plate with brisket, chicken, green beans and baked beans and I loved it all. The brisket was so moist, the chicken was falling off the bone and even the sides were delicious. I'm not usually a sweet BBQ sauce fan either but I could drink that by the gallon. Keep doing what y'all are doing and you've got a customer for life.
Worth the drive from any direction!! Warm welcome greets you as you hit the door and from there the service continues. The food is absolutely delicious. Every meat was tender and juicy, filled with flavor. All of the sides are seasoned to perfection!! Even the specially crafted signature sauce was amazing. I recommend the rib & brisket and you must get the potato salad and green beans. Great atmosphere to slow down and enjoy a good meal.

Don't forget to get the creamy mac'n cheese and cream corn! If that's not your flavor, don't worry there is an array of side and dessert to choose from! The service was kind and attentive! The brisket was so tender and juicy, the ribs fell right off the bone, and the sausage was fire and juicy. I had potato salad and baked beans along with extra bbq sauce and it's was the best bbq I've had so far since moving to Texas.
Wow. I've been wanting to try this place for about a year now. And man, am I glad I pulled over did a u turn, and got some food from here. Talk about delicious BBQ in Texas, you are not experiencing good tx BBQ without going to try What's Tha Deal. What's tha deal? Omg everything. I have lived in tx most of my life, which means I'm supposed to know good Texas BBQ. These guys knocked it out of the park. From juicy delicious meat that falls off the bone, to just the right amount of fat that it doesn't gross you out. Literally down to the awesome flavor of their BBQ sauce which complements the meat like a dream, this place is worth your money. Prove me wrong!
Oh my goodness!!! Y'all this place is DELICIOUS! We got two brisket plates and two kids sausage wraps! My kids loved their food, which is always a win! The brisket literally fell apart, it was so, so good! **Picture was taken AFTER I started on the plate!
I went into What’s tha Deal Barbecue, not knowing what to expect. As I opened the doors, I was pleasantly surprised to find a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. The air was was filled with Classic Homestyle Barbecue Smell. The Kind of Potent, Delicious Aroma that had gotten the attention of my Sniffer many a days before today. Today though, I decided to try it. There were classic BBQ options but my eyes went to brisket, and I ended up going with the Beans and Macaroni. The meat tasted Amazing, it had a good flavor and a a good amount of food came with the plate. I tried the Candied Yams my girlfriend got and they were SO DELICIOUS. Definitely going to go get some more of that. I would recommend this to anyone who Enjoys Good Food, especially Barbecue.
